Introduction
Your Hippo Panel is where you manage your web hosting. It allows you to upload files, renew SSL certificates, install and manage applications like WordPress, and handle your backups. It also offers a range of advanced features for more experienced users.

Access Your Services
- You will first need to access your Hippo Portal
- Click on the "Services" tablet on your Hippo Portal home page
Access the Website
- Click on the "Manage" button of the website that you wish to manage.
Access Hippo Panel
- Click on the Manage Your website button.
Hippo Panel Will Load
- You can now administer your website.
Access Issues
If our systems notice unusual activity or if you're using an unsecured internet connection, you won't be able to access your account through the Hippo Portal right away. This is only temporary. You'll be able to log in as usual once a secure connection is established. If you require access during this time, you can login to your account manually.
Access the server address
- The server address can be found in your Hippo Portal and the Website Management Screen
- Click on the Hosting Information Tab
- The server name (and your user name) is displayed here, for example:
- In this case the server address will be https://luna-lovegood.hipposerve.net:2003
Username and Password
- Enter the username and password in the login box.
- These details would have been sent to you in an email when you first purchased your website hosting.
