1. Eligibility

You are eligible for one free trial every 12 months.

The trial includes 30 days of free access to Our Site Builder and hosting plan.
2.2 Trial Start
The free trial period begins the moment Your account is activated.
3. Account Requirements
3.1 Valid Payment Method
To activate the free trial, You must provide a valid payment method. This is required to prevent fraud and ensure only genuine users benefit from the trial.
3.2 Valid Contact Details
To ensure seamless communication regarding your account, it is essential to provide a valid contact method. This enables Us to send you important notifications, including invoices and account updates. Please maintain accurate contact information to avoid any disruptions to Your service.
3.3 Additional Services
Any services or domain names selected at the time of account purchase will be billed at their standard rates. Please review Our pricing details to understand the costs associated with these additional options.
4. Automatic Subscription Renewal
4.1 Plan Conversion
Unless cancelled, the free trial will automatically convert to our Hippo Builder Select plan at the end of the 30-day period.
4.2 Plan Charges
Subsequent charges will be applied according to the pricing of the Hippo Builder Select plan, which is, [main_price pid="268" period="monthly" output_type="simple"] per month ex VAT.
4.3 Payment Cycle
You can change this payment cycle to annual to triennial, by raising a ticket with the support team.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellation at Any Time
You may cancel their trial subscription at any time during the 30-day period without incurring any charges.
5.2 How to Cancel
Cancellations can be made through the Hippo Panel or via Our support desk at https://help.hipposerve.co.uk
6. Payment Failure
6.1 Termination of Services
If you do not cancel the service and If we are unable to process payment within 7 days following the end of the trial, the subscribed plan will be terminated, and all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.
6.2 Responsibility of Termination
We are not responsible for any loss of data as a result of such termination.
7. Reminders
7.1 Email Reminders
We will send email reminders before the end of the trial period to give you ample time to decide whether you wish to continue with our services.
8. Limited Features During Trial
8.1 Feature Limitation
During the trial, access to certain features in the Hippo Panel will be limited to prevent system abuse.
8.2 Feature Restoration
Full features will become available upon transitioning to the paid plan after the first successful payment.
9. Domain Name
9.1 Free Subdomain
The trial includes a free subdomain (e.g., yourname.hipposite.net), which can also be used after the free trial.
9.2 Domain Purchase
Users have the option to purchase their own domain during or after the trial period.
9.3 Domain Conversion
If you choose to update to a paid domain after the free trial, you should expect a small amount of downtime on your website for DNS propagation.
10. Plan Upgrades/Downgrades
10.1 Upgrading of Plan
You may upgrade your plan at any time during or after the trial period through the Hippo Panel.
10.2 Downgrading of Plan
You may downgrade the plan to Hippo Builder Value, after the initial payment at the end of the trial. This will take effect on the following payment cycle and no refunds will be offered.
11. General Terms and Conditions
11.1 Existing Terms and Conditions
All use of our Site Builder and hosting services is subject to our standard terms and conditions, which cover content policies and other usage terms. Additional terms may apply.
11.2 Warranty and Service Agreement
During the 30-day trial period, the services provided are offered "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Our standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) does not apply during the trial. Users should not rely on the availability or performance standards typically provided under our regular SLA. This condition is intended to inform users that the trial service might not represent the full capabilities and reliability of our standard offerings.
